Ronald 297b854825 Ensure that dashboard files are named correctly, e.g. end with .json 
This fixes the previous commit and fixes the last issue I had to work
out with this role, dashboards.  Dashboards can now be added using the
grafana_server_dashboads dictionary.

Ronald 3b1b7b402a Not complete, however lots of progress made. 
Can now add datasources, however, adding dashboards currently doesn't
work but should be fixed in the next commit.
